Reaching for a consumer tool changes nothing. As soon as an employee uses an assistant at work, the employer is a deployer within the meaning of the Regulation.

The programme
No open enrolment session: we come to you, with your tools and your cases. The three blocks share one foundation, how AI systems actually work: what they really do, what they keep, what they forget.

What Article 4 asks for, and of whom. Provider or deployer, and what each role means for you. How AI systems work, explained without jargon, because nobody should decide on a word they do not understand.

Everyone writes down their real uses, sheet by sheet: what they do with AI, what works, what failed, what they never dared try. Nobody is caught out, and the tools management had not heard of surface here. Then the ten usage rules your organisation can actually hold.

Hands in, on your own cases. A prompt, a deliberately mediocre result to correct, then the good prompt. Then an exercise on what must never leave your walls, run on one of your own documents with the sensitive parts removed.
M3 assumes M1 or M2 has taken place. If you take only one block, take M2: it produces the best material for the declared-use record.
Before
We prepare the session on your business: your tools, your cases, one of your own documents redacted for the exercise. Nothing generic enters the room.
After
We go through the sheets and write the declared-use record. Two pages, counting and describing.
What you keep
The full session material, handed to everyone. Those who could not attend read what was covered.
One certificate in each participant's name. It is not a certification and we deliver none: it is proof they were there and what they worked on.
Signed in the room by every participant present. Dated and named, it is the simplest document to produce when the day comes.
Filled in by your teams and handed back as they are, in their own words. The tools nobody had mentioned surface there.
Two pages counting and describing what was declared. Counting, not analysis.
These five documents are yours. Together they are the trace you will show the day someone asks what you put in place.
We say it up front, because others promise it.
The record tells you what your teams declare. It does not tell you what it is worth, or where to start. That is the next step: the AI Diagnostic picks up those sheets, qualifies them and turns them into a roadmap.

The training is sold in-house only, one client, one package. We recommend the full day, and it is the price we lead with.
The format we recommend
EUR 3,500 excl. VAT
The three two-hour blocks in one day: leadership, teams, hands-on workshop. The team block can be repeated for a second group. Inventory sheets and the declared-use record included. Fifteen people per block, ten for the leadership block, twelve in the workshop.
Any other format is quoted on request: a single block, a remote session, a quarterly follow-up to track how your teams progress, or a programme across the year. Tell us what you are looking for and we come back with a proposal.
Prices exclude VAT. Sessions run in French or English.
Yes, as soon as your people use AI tools at work. The Regulation covers use under your authority, not the sophistication of the project.
No, and the Regulation requires none. We deliver no certification. Each participant leaves with a named attendance certificate, and you keep the signed attendance sheet: that is the internal record the European Commission recommends keeping.
The Regulation attaches no fine amount to Article 4. The Article 99 ceilings cover a closed list of other provisions. What matters is elsewhere: the duty has been running since 2 February 2025, national surveillance authorities began their checks on 2 August 2026, and an obligation of means is proven by traces.
It means one more block, not two flat fees. We price two-hour blocks, never groups: the block for teams can run a second time the same day for a second team, and that additional block is EUR 900 excl. VAT. We are happy to split by trade, because the case that makes finance sit up means nothing to the warehouse.
That is the intended audience. The content is calibrated for directors, support functions and business teams, not for development teams.
Very little, and none of it is homework. Your own cases are enough: what your teams actually do with AI today, what works, what went wrong, the ideas nobody has dared try, and what worries you about all of it. We build the session on that, so it is spent on your business instead of on generic examples.
